I'm having a problem with our 4020 whereby it seems to shift into high gear smoothly, but upon acceleration, will grind getting up to speed from zero. This is most noticeable in the spindle warmup program I run, between the 2500 RPM and 5000 RPM. I have tried programming a short dwell, and a separate line for S.2, but to no avail. What's going on here?
