This is believed to be one of the earliest printings of catalog no. 16 as it has design changes, and does not have un-numbered and inserted pages featuring new tools like the "Direct Reading Micrometer".
Later editions, as well as pricing update sheets will be digitized soon and uploaded to the Internet Archive as well, to show the differences between printings.
