Cobra 42 - Gib adjustment on cross slide?

I can rotate the cross slide assembly with a bit of torque. I'm guessing either the slant bed cross feed dovetail or gibs are worn or loose or the z axis slide rails/bearings are worn. Doesn't look like there are gib adjustment screws for the dovetail - at least now from what I am used to with my engine lathe. Has anyone else had a problem like this on a Hardinge Cobra 42 lathe? The manual's parts list doesn't list any gibs.

In case no one can help you here you might try copying your post in CNC Machining at the top of Practical Machinist. Every now then someone gets the help they need in this section, but sometimes no one sees it here that can help.

I don't see a maintenance manual, but I have found Hardinge Technical support always easy to learn from. Give them a call.
