1 1/2 inch per foot taper reamer

Another source for a reamer would be a shop that deals in boat props. Big boat props! Most of them are on a 1-1/2 TPF.

You might be able to interpolate it with a portable CNC mill like from Enerpac/Mirage or Joysung. Enerpac supposedly rents them, but I doubt it would be worth it for just this 1 job.
