1990 FP5A Dialog 11 components.
We've recently retrofitted to Heidenhain 640 and have a bunch of parts to sell off:
-Rack of electronic cards, each or better yet the whole works. Thinking $1000 for the NPC and say $500 for any of the others.
-Complete Lemoine digitizing system. This was installed by the dealer in Toronto before we received the mill. It was working fine last time it was used about 10 years ago. It didn't get much use so is in perfect condition. I haven't a clue of it's value. Probably best as a museum piece. It consists of a pc which I think is either a 386 or 486, with very special cards installed, a remote penant, a digitizing head and a number of sylus. The NZP card on the machine had some wires tacked into it from the head, and there were a few extra relays installed in the electrical cabinet, all of which may as well go along with it. It would be a challenge to reinstall in another machine but possible. We have an operators manual but no technical literature.
-Spindle motor: Franz Kessler 7.5KW 380VDC Type MIF2226/2 Comes with blower. The tachogenerator is faulty otherwise very good condition, clean inside and out, and hardly any wear on commutator. $1200
-Motor driver for the spindle: ABB Veritron SCR current converter type AAD 6101 AD V4 485VDC 35A Clean, working fine. We have all the technical documentation that came with it. $1200
-The three Siemens DC axis motors. Again in very good shape with little wear. The X and Y are without their tachogenerators as they're being kept as spares for another machine. Offers....
-Complete console. Weighs a ton. The CRT is in very good condition with no burning, because right from new we always kept the brightness level as low as possible. Offers for any of the components out of it. The casing is actually very clean with hardly a scratch, but heavy to ship.
This mill was purchased for and only used by the technical staff of a university college. A very clean environment and only light use. The mill was fully functional about 18 months ago when we pulled the plug and gutted it for the new Heidenhain. Located in Saskatoon Canada. We're not trying to get rich from the sale of these components, rather just trying to scrape some funds together to purchase a decent rapid prototyper. Best to email
[email protected] for any questions.
Thanks,
Dan
